Go shopping along Harrison Road
If you’re a thrift-shopper and a night person, this place is perfect for you! Head out to Harrison Road and do some shopping for very affordable prices. From bags to clothes, to shoes, and figurines, this market got it covered for you! There are also food stalls for you to indulge in whenever you find yourself hungry from all the shopping. Most of all, you can find here their very famous Strawberry Taho. You should never miss this one as Baguio is the only place that sells this authentic Taho, and it’s very delicious.
Visit the Baguio Museum
Located at Governor Pack Road, this four-level museum is surely one of the places to go. This holds beautiful collections of artifacts all about the Cordillera region. The museum has also a library inside for research purposes and holds out seminars and workshops to many museum-enthusiasts. The establishment is open from Tuesdays to Sundays, from 9 AM to 5 PM only.
Enjoy the fresh strawberries that scattered around the area! You can even choose and pick your own strawberries. Cool, right? They might just cost you more money, but you can guarantee that all of them are fresh right where they came from. You can also stroll around the market where vendors give free taste. Just make sure to buy strawberries and bring some of them to your hometown!
Explore the Tam-Awan Village
This village located at Pinsao Proper is no ordinary village. You have to climb stairs and follow lots of trails for you to explore the different artworks and ancient paintings in Baguio. This place is a perfect choice if you are interested to know the region’s art and culture. It’s a guarantee that you will never get bored in this place! So if you already have an itinerary of the things to do in Baguio, this should definitely be on your list.
Drop by Burnham Park
Baguio is known for its numerous parks, but Burnham Park is considered the mother of all parks. This is located in the city proper which probably the reason why it is the most famous one. There are lots of activities that you can do here like riding on bicycles, boat riding on the lagoon, picnicking with your family, and many more!
