Panagbenga is a month-long yearly flower festival happening in Baguio City every February. Known as the “Baguio Flower Festival”, Panagbenga Festival was created as a tribute to the city’s abundance of flowers as well as to rise above the devastation of the Luzon earthquake in 1990. The festival features floats that are covered with different type of flowers.
