Nope like many public transportation in the Philippines, Genesis P2P buses are inefficient as f*ck. First come first serve basis. You need to fight for your spot on the bus especially during busy hours or else you could be waiting for at least another hour to catch the next bus.

I am desperate, my flight is March 30th from Iloilo-Manila-Toronto. Since I cannot take the airplane from Iloilo to Manila, Can I go to Clark and get the bus going to NAIA to get my flight to Toronto?

Why are you cancelling all busses while the government is giving tourists 72 hours to get out of the country? we will not be able to make our flight
We’ll arrive in Clark tomorrow to get our flight in Manila as the authorities asked the tourists to leave the country.. will it be any bus on March 18?
