List of Philippine Festivals in November

Philippines has hundreds of festivals and most towns have their own celebrations in addition to the popular festivals we are familiar with. Lasting anywhere between a day to an entire month, Philippine Festivals are mostly religious and cultural celebrations that attract thousands of local and foreign tourists because of its fun and colorful vibe. 

Here’s a list of Festivals in the Philippines in November:

Higantes Festival
Where: Angono, Rizal
When: November 23
What is it all about?
Higantes Festival, also known as the Feast of San Clemente, is an annual event held every November 23 in the town of Angono, Rizal. The festival pays tribute to San Clemente, the patron saint of fishermen. It features devotees wearing colorful costumes and paper-mâché giants.

Pintaflores Festival
Where: San Carlos City
When: November 5
What is it all about?
Pintaflores Festival is an annual festivity in San Carlos City featuring the traditional fiesta celebration in honor of its patron Saint San Carlos Borromeo. It showcases street dancing by “tribes” dressed in colorful ethnic-inspired costumes, their bodies painted with flower designs reminiscent of the tattoed Visayans of the Pre Spanish Negros
