Ruined church of Loboc. After enjoying your paddle boarding activity, don’t forget to check out the 17th-century old limestone cathedral in Loboc town. During Yolanda typhoon, the bell tower was destroyed and now it’s one of the most beautiful ruined churches in the Philippines.
Underground Lake. Another amazing scene is the Hinagdanan Cave. This spectacular underground lake is really a memorable sight in Bohol. You can jump and swim in the lake while enjoying the rich flora and fauna surrounding it.
Scuba diving. If you’re up for some extreme water adventures, diving is a great idea. You can do it in Balicasag Island, Apo Island, Moalboal, Malapascua, and of course Panglao in Bohol. Tourists enjoy the rich marine life as they explore coral reefs and fishes.
Sunset in Panglao Beach. Travelling couples should never miss the romantic sunset view in Panglao Beach. However, there are other interesting things to do here such as watching moray eels, anemones, and clownfish.
Snorkeling. For those who are not up for scuba diving, you can do snorkeling instead. You can encounter various beautiful fishes in the shallows along with different kinds of starfish. The reef fishes and turtles are really wonderful to watch.
Sagbayan Peak. This recreation center and mountain resort is located in Sagbayan, Tagbilaran City. The 360-degree view of Chocolate Hills and the distant turquoise-colored ocean makes the Sagbayan Peak a must-see spot in Bohol.
Food trip. And of course, you wouldn’t want to miss the local dishes offered in this lovely province. You can try cassava and banana chips, homemade pasta, and other yummy treats. The calamay (binagol) is a must-try.
