Updated as of September 30, 2018. The Allen Port in Northern Samar is probably one of the busiest ports in the Philippines. Sometimes it gets so busy that you will have to queue for a relatively long time. If you happen to experience this, you may want to travel via San Isidro Port. It’s a bit farther to Matnog but a FastCat is serving this route so travel time is reduced. (Read: Biri, Northern Samar Travel Guide)
