Few days ago, Marco Polo Plza Cebu hosted a dinner for Davao media and bloggers at Polo Bistro Restaurant in Marco Polo Davao. Highlight of the dinner was Marco Polo Cebu’s Mango Bango set menu which features the sweet taste of Cebu’s mangoes.

Back to our dinner, we had Pasta Ravioli with Crabmeat, Mushroom and Mango. It blends the delectable taste of crabmeat with the tropical sweet taste of mango. It’s a fusion of Asian and Italian flavor in one dish.

For the main course, we had Marco Polo Plaza Cebu’s Mango Surf & Turf. A combination of beef steak and pan-seared grouper fish. It is served with kangkong adobo, mango, mashed potato and sake-infused beef jus.

Of course, there’s always a room for dessert! We were served with Duet Mango & Bango. We enjoyed the mango cheesecake and mango jam creme brulee with berries and mango salad.
Thank you Marco Polo Plaza Cebu for hosting us! See you in Cebu!
