Isla Jardin del Mar Beach Resort
I left Davao early in the morning and took the Yellow Bus Line to General Santos City. It was a comfortable journey as there were only few passengers and the trip was non-stop. It took me  two and half hours to reach General Santos City.

I alighted at Robinson’s Place and took a tricycle to the van terminal beside KCC Mall. The van was almost full when I reached the terminal so after few minutes, it already departed. I arrived in the town of Glan after an hour trip. Glan is a small town in Sarangani Province. There were already tricycles and motorcycles in the terminal waiting for passengers so it was quite easy to find one to take me to Gumasa where the white beaches are located.

I asked the drivers where is the best place to visit and they all pointed me to Isla Jardin. So, I contracted a tricycle driver to drop me to Isla Jardin. It was around 20 minutes travel. I was already hungry when I reached the place so I immediately ordered for food.
Pork Ribs and Bihon Guisado
After my late breakfast I went to the beach, took some photos and dipped into the water. It was impractical for me to rent a cottage since I was alone and I was not planning of staying there for a long time so I decided to go to the far end part of the beach, put my things in the big rock and started swimming.

My shoes, shirt and backpack!

After an hour of swimming, I decided to take a shower and called the tricycle to fetch me. It was time to bid goodbye to Glan!
