It was Friday morning when we headed to Tagaytay for a day trip. We supposed to drive ourselves to Tagaytay but on the last minute, our friend decided not to join us so we had to choose between commuting and renting a car to go there. We decided to choose the latter and luckily we were able to rent a car with a driver.
Since all of us have already visited Tagaytay for at least once, we decided to skip the usual activities and headed straight to Sonya’s garden to take some photos and buy some food for pasalubong. Their parmesan hopia tasted really good.
Since we already took our brunch at my place, we decided to have a coffee break and had a long chat at bag of beans. The blueberry cheesecake and coffee were great!
At around 5PM we left bag of beans and decided to hunt for a place to eat. We did not go to the usual restaurants since we want something new. We found a place which was situated in the cliff. I forgot the name of the place but the view of the taal lake from one of their kubos was great. The food was just okay though.
After dinner, we headed home and stopped at a local fruit stand to but some more pasalubong.
